Online therapy with us is designed for those who need meaningful support without the added weight of commuting or rearranging an already full day. Whether you are balancing a demanding job, caregiving, graduate school, or all of the above, you can meet with a trauma-informed therapist from a space that feels safe to you.

Sessions take place on a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform with two-way encryption, so your privacy is protected. All you need is a steady internet connection, a device with audio and video, and a private spot where you can speak freely. Many clients join from a home office, a parked car, or a quiet room during their lunch break. Our online work is not "watered down" therapy. We bring the same depth we offer in person-Somatic Psychotherapy principles, Internal Family Systems, and narrative approaches-to help you understand your patterns, care for your nervous system, and process trauma in a way that does not re-expose you to harm. We may invite you to notice sensations in your body, track your breath, or connect with different "parts" of yourself, even through the screen.

Virtual sessions are especially supportive if you live in an area without culturally responsive therapists, travel often, or simply feel more at ease opening up from your own environment. Many Women of Color, in particular, find comfort in not having to navigate additional microaggressions in waiting rooms or public spaces just to access care.
